Are all Guides included with membership?
New Guides remain separate purchases. Eligible content has a member coin price while membership is active. Check the price shown in the App and the included coins stated for your selected offer.
Which account receives the purchase?
The Starot account you verify and select before payment. Shop and App accounts are separate. Benefits do not transfer between Starot and All Spirit.
How do I stop future renewals?
For a subscription purchased here, use the subscription controls in your Shop account. Apple or Google subscriptions are managed through that purchase channel. Check the confirmed cancellation and membership end status; cancellation does not itself confirm a refund.
What if my benefits have not arrived?
Check the original purchase status or contact support@noonwake.com with that purchase reference. Do not pay again to resolve a delivery delay.
