Does a coin pack include membership or a Guide?
No. A pack adds the selected coins to your Starot account. Choose and purchase eligible content separately in the App; the pack does not start membership.
Which account receives the purchase?
The Starot account you verify and select before payment. Shop and App accounts are separate. Benefits do not transfer between Starot and All Spirit.
How many Guides will a pack buy?
Use the current price of your chosen content and your account’s balance. Different content may have different prices, so a pack does not promise a fixed number of Guides.
What if my benefits have not arrived?
Check the original purchase status or contact support@noonwake.com with that purchase reference. Do not pay again to resolve a delivery delay.
