Use of Noonwake Shop, account security and customer rights.
Seller and contact
Noonwake Shop is operated by NOONWAKE TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED. Our correspondence address is Room 701, Unit 108, 7/F, Tower B, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, HONG KONG. Contact support@noonwake.com for support or privacy requests. This correspondence address is not a return address; obtain return instructions before sending a parcel.
Scope
These terms cover Noonwake Shop in the United States. Purchases are also covered by the Terms of Sale and Returns Policy; the Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. Purchasers must have legal capacity to enter the transaction under applicable law. Separate Starot and All Spirit terms continue to apply to those services.
Account security
Provide accurate account and order information, protect your sign-in details, and report suspected unauthorized use to support. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass access restrictions. Your Shop account is separate from your Starot or All Spirit account. Do not send App passwords to the Shop.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Shop for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized access, harmful code or interference with another user's service. Do not misrepresent ownership of an order, account, return or payment. Access restrictions will preserve access to purchase records and support where legally required.
Product information
Review the description and terms for your selected item before purchasing. Reflective or guidance content does not guarantee health, financial or other real-world outcomes and is not a substitute for qualified advice.
Digital services
Digital products are delivered to the Starot or All Spirit account you verify and select before payment. Shop and App accounts remain separate. Check the selected App, recipient, product and purchase preview carefully. Coins, fixed-term membership and recurring subscriptions are different products. Digital products are purchased separately from physical goods and have no physical shipping charge. A recipient link is not permission for the Shop to collect your App password. Unlinking an account does not cancel a subscription, refund a purchase or delete the App account.
Site availability and changes
We may maintain or update the site and address security or misuse. Material changes affecting an existing paid purchase remain subject to the applicable purchase terms and mandatory law. We retain the policy version accepted for an order. Continued use is not a substitute for a new consent where legally required.
Rights and disputes
Contact support with your order reference and a description of any problem. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights, lawful payment disputes or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
