Dispatch within 7 calendar days from Shenzhen. Shipping is USD 10 per order to the contiguous 48 United States; Noonwake pays import duties.
Dispatch, destinations and charges
Our physical products are in stock and dispatch from Shenzhen, China, within 7 calendar days after ordering. We ship to the contiguous 48 United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Shipping is USD 10 per order, with no additional shipping fee per item. Noonwake pays applicable import duties; you will not be charged import duties on delivery. Applicable sales tax is shown before payment. Transit time is additional; the dispatch period is not a delivery deadline.

Your selected variant, quantity, shipping charge, applicable sales tax and final order total are shown before payment.
Tracking and delivery issues
When shipment details are available, your order view may show the carrier and tracking number. A shipping label is not confirmation that a parcel has been dispatched or delivered. Contact support about a stalled, lost, damaged or disputed shipment. A delivery scan does not remove your statutory remedies.
Dispatch delays
If we cannot meet the stated dispatch time, we will notify you through your order contact and explain the delay and the option to cancel for a full refund before actual dispatch. We will obtain consent to a delay where applicable law requires it. Request cancellation through your Shop order or support@noonwake.com. Creating a shipping label is not actual dispatch.
Return route
Request a voluntary return within 14 calendar days after delivery through your Shop order or support@noonwake.com. Support provides the return address after approval and before you ship; send the approved return within 14 calendar days after approval. These are request and dispatch deadlines, not parcel-arrival deadlines. The return destination may differ from the correspondence address and Shenzhen dispatch origin; no local US return warehouse is promised. Follow the Returns Policy for postage, defects, the 12-month warranty term and refund handling.
Digital delivery
Digital purchases have no parcel, import duty or physical shipping fee. After payment is confirmed, benefits are delivered electronically to your verified recipient account. If delivery is pending or fails, use the original purchase status and contact support. Do not pay again to resolve a delivery delay.
