Starot Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data in the Starot app.

Path: Me > Account > Delete Account

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@noonwake.com.

Please use the subject: Starot Account Deletion Request

Please include the email address or login method associated with your Starot account so we can identify the account and verify ownership.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including profile data, comments, saved readings, device tokens, and app activity data, unless we are required to retain limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, or payment compliance reasons.

We aim to review complete deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying account ownership. Any limited retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for the applicable legal, security, fraud prevention, or payment compliance purpose.

To request deletion of specific data without deleting your Starot account, email support@noonwake.com.

Please describe the specific data you want deleted, such as profile details, saved readings, comments, app activity data, or device tokens.

If you have an active subscription through Google Play, Apple App Store, or another third-party marketplace, please cancel the subscription in that marketplace before deleting your account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by third-party app stores.
